Research has shown that participation in a structured, well supervised resistance training program can be of enormous benefit to adolescent males and females.

The Oakhill Resistance Training Centre is open daily for use by current Oakhill College students in years 10, 11 and 12. Prior to the commencement of any training program, all students must have completed the Registration form (Can be downloaded from this site) and completed an induction course. Gym instructors will be able to assist with training programs

Opening hours are Monday - Friday 6.30-8am and 3.15-5pm. As of 6th February the gym will be open on Saturday morning from 9-11am.
