Throughout the next two years there will be numerous opportunities for you to represent Oakhill in a wide variety of Sports. Girls at Oakhill compete in sports such as netball, athletics, swimming, cross-country, soccer, tennis and touch football. In 2008 Oakhill entered seven senior teams in the ISA netball competition and all girls are encouraged to participate in school sport, regardless of skill level.
In 2009, Oakhill girls will have the opportunity to compete in the following Sports:
Athletics: College Carnival - June
Invitational Carnivals – August/ September
ISA Carnival - September Homebush
Basketball: ISA Competition – Terms 4 – 1
ISA representative trials March 2009
(If possible, girls can join a team at the start of 2009)
Cross Country:
College Trials –March
ISA Carnival – First Saturday in April
Cricket: No School team - Individual trials for the NSWCIS team

Hockey: Oakhill can enter a hockey team in the ISA competition. It is a Saturday
based comp involving Barker, Central Coast Grammar, Redlands, Chevalier,
Oxley and St Andrew’s Cathedral School. The competition is played on a
home and away basis in terms 2 and 3. Rep trials take place in March for the
under 16’s and in May for the opens.
Netball: ISA Competition – Saturdays May –September
(No games in the school holidays)
All skill levels invited to register.
Registration - Week 6 Term 1
Trials week – Week 8
Rep trials – ISA representative teams May.
Soccer: In 2009 Oakhill will again play in the ISA soccer competition – Run at a similar time to the netball competition – On a Saturday.
School team enters the CCC/CIS knockout – Games played during school.
Trials held at the start of Term 2
Softball: Terms 4 and 1 competition in the ISA. If there is interest, Oakhill can enter a
softball team at the end of this year. Students interested in attending the rep
trials must see Mr Tulevski immediately.
Swimming: ISA Competition –February 2009
Invitational Carnivals throughout February
Tennis ISA tennis is played on a Saturday in terms 2 and 3 mainly against boys but a number of girls have represented the College in the past.
Touch Football: ISA Gala day to be held at Oakhill in March for selection into the
ISA team. ISA then competes in the CIS carnival in May for selection
in the CIS team.
